May 2, 1991 To whom it may concern, Boykin Management Company has been associated with Steve Frattalone and Frattalone and Associates since 1981. Our involvement with Frattalone and Associates was initially with Mr. Steve Frattalone, who aided us through a very difficult installation process at two of our Marriott Hotels and, since that time, Frattalone and Associates has provided their sound design expertise and installation services in nine (9) of our hotel projects from Florida to California, including our recently opened California resort, Marriott Tenaya Lodge, located outside Yosemite National Park. In addition to their outstanding knowledge of sound design and installation, Frattalone and Associates also has provided excellent and reliable preventative maintenance service to our hotels through the years.
